Most real estate agents I know are running 200 active contacts, 12 live deals, and zero patience for "AI thought leadership." So this guide skips the philosophy. Below are 7 Claude Code skills that real estate agents are shipping real work with in 2026, what they replace, and how to install them in under 10 minutes each.

A note up front: agent skills aren't apps. They're Markdown instruction files that Claude Code loads when relevant. Think of them as standing orders you give your AI assistant so you don't have to re-explain things every time. The setup is simpler than installing a Chrome extension.

The shortlist

1. gtm-agents: the outbound machine

Real estate is a relationship business, but the first touch is a numbers game. gtm-agents wraps a set of go-to-market workflows (lead enrichment, ICP scoring, sequence drafting) into Claude. You feed it a CSV of expired listings or FSBOs, it returns a researched outreach pack: prior listing history, time-on-market, likely pain point, and a personalized first message draft for each.

The output isn't generic "Hi {firstName}" garbage. It cites the specific listing details and writes in plain conversational English. One Bekasi agent I work with cut his lead-prep time from 90 minutes to 12 per day after installing this.

Install:

claude --skill gtm-agents
Or browse gtm-agents on GitHub before installing. Always read the skill source before granting it permissions.

2. perplexity-super-skills: comp pulls without 20 browser tabs

Comp research used to mean: open the MLS, open Zillow, open Realtor.com, open three local subreddits, open the county recorder site. Now you ask Claude something like "pull active comps for 3BR townhomes in Bekasi Selatan, last 90 days, with HOA under 500K IDR/month" and the skill handles the search orchestration through Perplexity.

It returns a synthesized comp table with sources cited inline. You still verify the data (always verify), but the assembly time drops from 45 minutes to 4. For agents doing 3-5 CMAs a week, that's real recovered time.

3. claude-seo: listing pages that rank

If you host listings on your own site in addition to MLS syndication, claude-seo will audit the page, generate the schema markup, write an internal linking plan, and draft long-form content that gives Google a reason to rank you over Zillow.

Will you outrank Zillow for "[city] homes for sale"? No. But you can absolutely rank for "[neighborhood] 4BR with pool" or "[school district] homes under 2M" long-tail queries that bring you the buyer who already knows what they want.

The cycle: Use the skill to audit one listing per week. After 3 months you have 12 high-quality landing pages and noticeable organic traffic.

4. frontend-design: listing pages that look expensive

Most agent websites look like 2011. frontend-design is a Claude skill that generates production-grade landing pages with good design discipline baked in (proper typography, no AI-slop gradients, real spacing). You describe the listing, it builds the page.

I've used it to spin up single-property landing pages in 20 minutes. The output is a static HTML page you deploy to Cloudflare Pages or Netlify for free. Cheaper than a Wix subscription and the design quality is higher.

5. firecrawl: off-market hunting on autopilot

Firecrawl wraps the Firecrawl scraping API as a Claude skill. Point it at off-market sources (local Facebook groups, niche listing sites, Craigslist analogs in your market) and let it surface new posts that match your buyer's criteria. You get a daily digest in your inbox or Slack.

Two warnings: respect the target sites' terms of service, and rate-limit yourself. Scraping aggressively gets your IP blocked and gives your brokerage a compliance headache.

6. playwright: the "stop logging into Zillow at 11pm" skill

playwright skill drives a headless browser. The realtor use case: it logs into your Zillow Premier or Realtor.com dashboard, refreshes listing photos, updates price changes, and pulls inquiry counts. You write the steps once in plain English and the skill remembers.

This is the highest-impact skill on the list if you manage 10+ active listings. Setup takes 10 minutes; recovered time is roughly 4 hours a week.

7. notion-mcp: your pipeline lives in Notion now

If you've tried 3 different real estate CRMs and hated all of them, notion-mcp lets Claude treat a Notion database as your pipeline. You ask "show me all buyers in offer-pending status whose financing expires in the next 14 days" and it queries Notion live.

For solo agents and small teams, this combo (Notion + notion-mcp + Claude) outperforms most $200/month real estate CRMs because you can shape the workflow exactly to your business.

Install:

claude mcp add notion
You'll need a Notion integration token. The skill's README walks through it.

Picking the right starter stack

If you're new to Claude Code skills entirely, install these three first:

1. notion-mcp - because once your pipeline is queryable, everything else gets easier 2. gtm-agents - because outbound is where new business comes from 3. frontend-design - because better landing pages compound for years

Add the rest as you hit specific pain points. Don't install all 7 on day one. Each skill changes how you work, and stacking 7 new workflows simultaneously will overwhelm even experienced operators.

Security: the boring but important part

Every skill you install becomes part of your Claude environment. Read the SKILL.md before installing. Watch for:

  • Skills that ask for write access to MCPs you don't recognize
  • Skills that hardcode API endpoints to unfamiliar domains
  • Skills with no GitHub history (fresh repos, no commits, no stars)

If a skill is asking for your CRM credentials and your email password and your bank login, that's not a skill, that's malware in a Markdown costume. Stick to well-starred, public repos from known authors.

What I'd skip in 2026

  • "AI listing description generators" as standalone products. Claude with a basic prompt does this better and you don't need a $30/mo subscription.
  • "AI ChatBots for your real estate website." Most leads bounce within 8 seconds of seeing one. Build a faster site instead.
  • Any tool promising "AI predictions" of which leads will convert. The data isn't there for individual agents to train meaningful models. You'll just pay for randomly ordered lead scores.

A weekly rhythm for using these skills

The skills above stop being novel after week two. They become a rhythm:

  • Monday morning: Run gtm-agents on the weekend's new expired listings. Send the top 5 outreach drafts after editing for voice.
  • Tuesday afternoon: Use perplexity-super-skills to pull comp tables for any CMA you owe by Friday.
  • Wednesday: notion-mcp pipeline review. Find every deal that hasn't moved in 7+ days and ask Claude to draft a check-in for each.
  • Thursday: Run claude-seo audit on one listing page. Implement the top 3 changes only.
  • Friday: firecrawl review for any off-market leads worth a Monday call.

This is roughly 90 minutes a week of intentional skill use. Returns on that 90 minutes have been bigger than any single SaaS subscription I've paid for in the last three years.

Pricing reality check

Don't stack 7 subscriptions. The skills themselves are free, but the APIs they call (Perplexity, Firecrawl, your model usage) add up. Reasonable budget for a solo agent doing 10-20 transactions a year:

  • Claude Pro: $20/month
  • Perplexity Pro (used inside the skill): $20/month
  • Firecrawl free tier: $0/month (paid tier $19/month if you scrape a lot)
  • Notion free tier: $0/month

Total: $40-60/month. The first additional deal you close because you had time to make the call pays for the year.

FAQ

Do I need to know how to code? No. You install the skill once with one command and then you talk to Claude in plain English. The skill handles the technical parts.

What does this cost? Claude Code itself: $20/month for the Pro plan, plus model usage. The skills above are free (open source). Some of them call paid APIs (Firecrawl, Perplexity) that have their own costs.

Is this MLS-compliant? Skills that read public listing data (Zillow public pages, public county records) are fine. Skills that scrape your private MLS feed in ways that violate your MLS's terms are not. Always check.

Will the brokerage's compliance team approve this? Depends on the brokerage. Lead generation, scheduling, and content drafting workflows rarely raise flags. Anything that touches client PII or transaction data should go through compliance first.

Where do I find more skills? Our full list for real estate agents covers the broader tool ecosystem. For Claude Code skills specifically, search GitHub for "claude-skills" and filter by recent activity.
