The agent answers visitors around the clock, qualifies and captures leads, starts conversations based on visitor behaviour and passes chats to a person when needed. It integrates with HubSpot, Salesforce and ActiveCampaign, and supports webhooks. The AI plan costs a flat $400 a month billed annually, with unlimited conversations and one human seat included. Human-only live chat is $29 per agent a month.
